Welcome to the Grade Distribution Report, a tool designed to help faculty and academic
administrators analyze grade patterns across courses, departments, and the College.
Getting Started
- • Click the Sign In button at the top of the page
- • Select the academic term you wish to view
- • Click Generate Report to display your data
Access Levels
This application provides different views based on your role:
Faculty Members
- • View grade distributions for all courses you have taught in the selected term
- • Compare your grade patterns to department and college-wide averages
- • Track grading trends across multiple terms
Department Chairs and Program Administrators
- • Access grade distributions for all courses within your department/program
- • View data organized by individual instructors
- • Analyze departmental grading patterns compared to college-wide averages
Navigating the Interface
Once your report is generated, you can:
- • Export reports for your records or meetings
- • Click the Home button to select a different term
